CAN I BOOK IN FOR REGULAR, ONGOING MAINTENANCE?

Yes, we would be more than happy to accommodate routine maintenance. Whether it be water changes, treatments or algae removal, we are happy to help as part of an on-going service.

I ALREADY HAVE A NEW PUMP, CAN YOU FIT IT?

Unfortunately we do not install products bought from a third party company. We use a range of products stocked by Pelagic Projects, Matfield, Kent. If there is a specific product or brand you would like to use within your design that you did not see in our store, we may be able to order it in through our suppliers so do get in touch.  

HOW MUCH IS A QUOTE?

We offer a free, no-obligation quote on any of our services. 

HOW LONG IS YOUR WAITING LIST?

It is greatly varied as to how full our diary is, with March - May being our busiest time due to pond season.

We can usually visit you for a through conversation about how we can help, and provide a quote, within a week of you contacting us. On accepting our quote we will  work with you to find the most suitable day to start your project.
